These seem to be amateur photos, given a number of clues like the overexposure of light in some images plus little problems with focus and the fact he didn't remove his underwear until right before they were taken, leaving a telltale elastic imprint on his skin, something a pro photographer would not allow.

The location appears continental, like a posh hotel room in Paris, and he does have something of a Gallic cast to his features. Whomever he is, he's magnificent.
