When Porn Had Plots

This is a clip from a 1984 film called Job Site. Once upon a time, porn had actual plots, with stories that had a beginning, middle, and end with some character development and escalating jeopardy. Yes, the acting stunk far more often than it didn't, but at least an effort was made.

As we can see from this clip, the actors aren't too into the Stanislavski method. They've obviously not rehearsed the basics on how to use hand tools. I think chimpanzees might make better carpenters.
